April 8, 2008 Posterboard and Rube Goldberg Challenge Rules

The competition rules have been posted for the "Engineering Your Future" College Posterboard and the "Rube Goldberg Challenge". Please note that there have been changes made from last year's rules. You can download them by clicking on the Quick Links section on the right or from Closing Ceremony Projects section. High school seniors are required to do the 12th grade version of the posterboard rules.

February 29, 2008 Middle and high school MESA Days

High school students showcased their imaginations, creativity, and knowledge last Saturday Feb 23 during the HS MESA Day. The day featured newcomers from Garden Grove High School, who demonstrated that they may be a small group, but they pack a heavy punch. Congrats Garden Grove on your successful debut! In the National Trebuchet competition, Compton HS took top honors and will be joined by two King Drew teams at the regional competition to be held at UC Riverside on April 12. Congratulations to everyone who participated and keep representing for Compton and UCI MESA!

MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS: Tomorrow will your turn to shine and show your skills. We are excited to see what you have created through all those long hours after school, and MSI's, and all the efforts you have put in to your projects. We can't wait so put your alarm on and don't miss the bus. See you tomorrow!

February 15, 2008 Deadlines!!

This is a reminder to all MS trebuchet teams and all HS website teams of this week's deadlines for submitting technical papers and website CDs, respectively. All information on these deadlines is found in the addendums that you can view below. Don't procrastinate and turn in everything on time.

January 31, 2008 Elementary MESA Day

Elementary MESA Day is just around the corner! February 9 will be your chance to display all of your hard work and we can't wait to see all of your projects. Keep working hard and we'll see you on the 9th!

January 23, 2008 Trebuchet and Web Design Reminder for MS & HS
